What Can I Expect?
1st round – Phone Screen
Get to know us and the role better. A quick run through of your professional experience and better understand what you are looking for as a next career move with our Talent Acquisition specialist.
2nd Round – Chat with the Hiring Manager
Dig deeper into the role, responsibilities, learn more about the team. Let’s get to know each other better and decide whether your experience and our role could be a match#win-win.

3rd Round – Assignment/Technical round/ Panel Interview
We want to give you an opportunity to show us what you can do. Give us a peek into your ideas and thought process. This stage will give you another opportunity to brag about your skills and show us your technical expertise in action. Depending on the role, this could either be a quick assignment or a panel interview.

Final Round – Meet & greet with senior Management and/or the Team
This is as much about you as it is about us. The more information the better. The more people you can meet the better. This will help you make the best decision for you (and us). We want to give you an opportunity to have an informal meet and greet with your senior management and other people on the team. Ask them questions. Put them on the spot. Get to know the team better.

Post Interview Feedback
