- In November 2020, in collaboration with our external consultant, Feminuity (a firm that specializes in DE&I work) our IDEAS team drafted a vision and strategy for Pelmorex. Little did we know – how meaningful, impactful & necessary that work would be across our organization. Since then, we haven’t looked back and continually work to create a safe and inclusive environment for all Pelmorexians.
- Holiday Swapping Option 🛐 – We recognize and celebrate that each of us are unique and this is a way we continue to foster an inclusive environment at Pelmorex. Employees can choose to swap certain religious statutory holidays for other holidays which may hold more meaning to them.
