Maureen Rogers
President & CEO
With more than 30 years of experience in Canadian media, technology and finance, including 13 years at Pelmorex, Maureen has held several senior leadership roles, including CEO of Pelmorex’s TV Networks and Managing Director of Weather Canada, which includes the Digital and TV brands known as The Weather Network and MétéoMédia, as well as Alert Ready/En Alerte, Canada’s public emergency alerting system. Ms. Rogers holds a bachelor’s in business administration, is a Chartered Accountant and is also certified from the Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program.

Kelly Cresencia
Vice President, People & Culture
Kelly has been a driving force at Pelmorex since 2013, spearheading initiatives in Total Rewards, People Analytics, and talent management to elevate the employee experience and drive organizational success. With over 25 years of HR expertise spanning media, mining and tech startups, she brings deep industry knowledge and a distinctive perspective to cultivating an inclusive, innovative workplace culture.

Gerard Doyle
Managing Director, Consumer & Platform Solutions
Gerard joined Pelmorex in 2018 as Vice President, Product & Marketing, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in technology and media. A seasoned product executive, he specializes in creating exceptional digital media experiences. At Pelmorex, Gerard leads product management across all properties, focusing on delivering outstanding consumer experiences. Previously, he served as Vice President, Revenue & Marketing at TVO.

Simon Jennings
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer at Pelmorex, Simon leads revenue generation across the company’s diverse brands in North America and globally. Since joining in 2016, he has brought a wealth of experience from roles at leading organizations such as ClickThrough Interactive, DoubleClick Canada, Yahoo! Canada, La Presse and Postmedia.

Karen Kheder
Head of Communications & Administration
Karen's been a part of the Pelmorex team since 2003. She started as the Executive Office Manager, where she provided key administrative support to the Executive Chairman. In 2017, she transitioned into leading all aspects of internal and external communications for the company. On top of that, she also leads the facilities team and the administrative business partners who support the executive leadership team.
When she's not brainstorming communication strategies or putting out fires, you'll find Karen at dance competitions cheering on her daughter or enjoying long walks with her husband and dog.

Alex Leslie
Chief Technology Officer
Alex Leslie has served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology at Pelmorex since 2009, where he has built and led high-performing teams that form the foundation of the company’s IT operations. Before joining Pelmorex, Alex held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as AOL Canada, Netscape, and Sun Microsystems, bringing a wealth of experience in driving technological innovation and operational excellence.

Tawnie McNabb
Vice President, Finance
Financial analysis, financial models — in fact, everything to do with finance — is where you will find Tawnie at Pelmorex, where she leads the company’s financial operations. Tawnie received her MBA from the Schulich School of Business in 1995, and joined Pelmorex in 1998.

Chris Scott
Vice President, Meteorology & Content
Chris joined Pelmorex in 1998, initially serving as an operational forecaster and on-air meteorologist for The Weather Network before transitioning into leadership roles. As VP of Meteorology & Content, he oversees a team of 30 operational and research meteorologists, driving innovation and excellence in weather forecasting. Chris holds degrees in atmospheric science from the University of Michigan and York University.
